TESA at EMO 2011
TESA is introducing a diverse range of new measuring machines at EMO Hannover.
TESA will be showcasing various new products at Booth E36 in Hall 5 at EMO Hannover. Among them are the new TESA TWIN wireless inductive probe and the bi-directional interface specifically designed to work with it. The set uses a TESA proprietary communications protocol to ensure autonomy of operation as well as the synchronization and security of transmissions. Whether the new TESA TWIN probe is used within a multigauge measuring system or with manual devices – this probe supplies consistent, high-precision measurements, eases the task of maintenance and overcomes the barriers to mobility caused by the cables attached to conventional probes. The new interface can manage up to four probes without a computer and up to 64 probes with a PC. Both types of probe can be combined in a single application.
The new TESA RUGOSURF 20 roughness tester, an addition of the existing range of surface-finish inspection devices, can also be seen at EMO Hannover. Sporting a modern look and an ergonomic design, the TESA RUGOSURF 20 is capable of measuring 15 parameters with their tolerances in accordance with the applicable standards. The new surface roughness tester is compact, robust and easy to use. It is suitable for everyday use on the shop floor, even in the most demanding conditions.
The TESA RUGOSURF 20 is compatible with a portable printer and can work with Rugosoft software over a USB connection. The instrument accepts a wide range of probes and accessories for measuring various surface roughness parameters.
The main features of the TESA Micro-Hite plus M include important components such as air cushions, detachable 2D control panel, intuitive rotary control knob, extended measurement range and comprehensive functionality. All height gauges are manufactured in Switzerland and supplied with SCS calibration certificates to demonstrate their quality and reliability.
